Virteche Cloud runs from DataBank IAD1 in Ashburn, Virginia and Equinix DA11 in Dallas, Texas. Both carry NVMe SSD storage — with 10 Gbps ports in Ashburn and 50 Gbps in Dallas — and both provision VPS plans automatically within minutes of checkout. Storage boxes and object storage live in a third location, in the western United States.

DataBank IAD1
Ashburn sits in Loudoun County, Virginia — the densest concentration of network infrastructure in the world, and the point most transatlantic and US East Coast traffic passes through. It is the default choice for workloads serving the eastern United States, Europe, or anything that benefits from short paths to the major carriers.
Equinix DA11
Dallas is the primary interconnection point for the central and southwestern United States, and Equinix DA11 is one of its major carrier hotels. It is the better choice for users concentrated in the middle of the country, for reaching Mexico and Latin America, and as a second region for anything already running in Ashburn.
Where storage boxes and object storage live — on the other side of the country from your servers, which is what you want from an off-site backup. Mirrored drives with checksums; transfer included in the monthly price.
VPS plans cost the same in both. Pick the one closest to your users — or use both, for a second region.
