Gaming proxies give a game account, launcher or trading tool a stable US address that is not your home connection, so other players and services do not see your home IP, and each account comes from the same address every session. Know the limits before ordering: most games send live gameplay over UDP, which we have not tested through these proxies, and a proxy adds a hop, so it rarely lowers ping.

Setting It Up

    Decide what goes through it

    A launcher, a browser profile, a trading tool or a chat app. Only apps you set to use the proxy go through it.

    Order with gaming as the use

    Keep "Gaming" as the intended use, accept the Acceptable Use Policy and pay.
  3. 3

    Set the proxy in the app

    Use the app's own proxy setting, or a proxy client that routes a chosen app through SOCKS5.
  4. 4

    Test before you rely on it

    Check the address with an IP lookup through the proxy, then try the game or tool. Live gameplay over UDP may not work.

Where the Line Is

Every order states its intended use and accepts our Acceptable Use Policy. Services used for anything on the right are suspended, and the fees are not refunded.

Good to Know Before You Order

  • infoWe have tested web traffic (TCP) through these proxies, not UDP. Most games send live gameplay over UDP, so test your game before relying on it.
  • infoA proxy adds a hop between you and the game server. It rarely lowers ping, and can raise it.
  • infoGames have their own rules on multiple accounts, bots and proxies. Following them is your responsibility, and breaking them can get your accounts banned.

Questions

Will a proxy lower my ping?expand_more

Rarely. It adds a hop between you and the game server, so ping usually stays the same or rises. It only helps if your own route to the server is unusually poor.

Does it work for in-game traffic?expand_more

Launchers, stores, chat and web tools use TCP and work through the proxy. Live gameplay in most games uses UDP, which we have not tested through these proxies, so try your game before relying on it.

Can I run more than one game account?expand_more

Our Terms leave that to each game's rules. If a game allows it, one static address per account keeps each account consistent.

Will it protect me from DDoS attacks?expand_more

It keeps your home address out of what the proxied app sends, which makes it harder for other players to find. It is not DDoS protection for your connection, and apps that do not use the proxy still reveal your address.
