Proxies for Price Monitoring

Price monitoring proxies let your tracker check public prices, stock and promotions on US retail sites from several addresses instead of one, so each address stays at a normal browsing pace. Static ISP addresses see the prices US shoppers see and stay the same from one day's run to the next.

Why ISP Addresses Suit Price Monitoring

storefront

Shopper's prices

Retail sites see a consumer ISP address in the United States, so you get the prices and stock a US shopper gets.

speed

Spread the load

Split your product list across addresses so no single one asks too much of a site.

push_pin

Stable day to day

Static addresses mean a price change in your data is the site's, not a different view from a new address.

hub

HTTP and SOCKS5

Works with price trackers, Scrapy, requests, Playwright and most monitoring tools.

content_copy

Three list formats

Download the list in the format your tracker reads, ready to paste.

inventory_2

Grow with your catalog

Add addresses when you track more products. Volume pricing is shown before you pay.

Pricing

Static US ISP addresses, each with an HTTP and a SOCKS5 port and one login. The price per address depends on how many you order. The order link opens the proxy order form with this use already chosen.

Setting It Up

  1. 1

Decide how often you need each price

Daily is enough for most catalogs. Hourly checks multiply the requests, and the addresses you need, by 24.
  2. 2

    Size the order

Products × checks per day, divided by a polite number of requests per address per site. The sizing guide works it through.
  3. 3

Order with price monitoring as the use

Keep "Price monitoring" as the intended use, accept the Acceptable Use Policy and pay.
  4. 4

    Configure your tracker

Load the address list, set a delay between requests to each site, and respect robots.txt.
  5. 5

    Watch for errors

A rise in 429 or 403 responses means you are going too fast for that site. Slow down rather than adding addresses.

Where the Line Is

Every order states its intended use and accepts our Acceptable Use Policy. Services used for anything on the right are suspended, and the fees are not refunded.

Good to Know Before You Order

  • infoRead each site's terms and robots.txt. Where a site offers an official feed or API, it is more reliable than scraping.
  • infoKeep requests at a human pace per site. Following each site's rules is your responsibility, and complaints can lead us to restrict a service.
  • infoAll addresses are in the United States, for US prices and stock.
  • infoWe do not guarantee any website will accept traffic from a given address.

Questions

Is price monitoring legal?expand_more

Collecting publicly displayed prices is a common, lawful business practice in the US, but each site's terms still apply to you. Stay away from content behind logins, and follow the site's rules on automated access.

How many proxies do I need to track prices?expand_more

Multiply the products you track by how often you check them, then divide by a polite request rate per address. Most catalogs checked once a day need fewer addresses than people expect.

Do I need rotating proxies?expand_more

No. A list of static addresses that your tracker moves between works the same way for monitoring, and each address keeps a consistent history with the site.

Can I use these for sneaker or ticket bots?expand_more

Not for event tickets: using bots, multiple accounts or proxies to get around a ticket seller's purchase limits breaks the federal BOTS Act and New York law, and is not allowed. For other product releases, the retailer's own rules apply and following them is your responsibility.
